Our Team
Counseling Team
Our counselors are the first contact person for students who directly contacted us. They provide free consultations to students and try to understand what they are expecting. After giving the basic information about educational background and assessing students profiles, we help them to choose the program and intuition that is best for them. Counselors guide the students through the initial application process.
Processing Team
Our processing team members are the point of contact for students who start the process with us. Students are assigned a dedicated relationship manager for them after they start their process. The RMs guide them throughout the process and provide instructions about document preparation. RMs also work as an intermediary between students and our lawyers and other teams. RMs work as processing partners of students until they successfully get admitted and settle down abroad.
Submission Team
Our submission team is involved in the documentation and preparation of the application. They work closely with our solicitor. They prepare applications for our students, verify those with lawyers and finally submit the applications.
Legal Team
Our legal team helps us have a sustainable and trustworthy relationship with students. Once students start the process our legal team member who is a registered lawyer in Bangladesh provides all necessary information to students regarding policies. And the team member is always available for our students needs.
